We charge a small commission only when a job actually pays out through the platform. Rates: 12% on Free, 9% on Solo ($29/mo), 6% on Pro ($69/mo), 4% on Business ($120/mo). If you don't win jobs through us, you pay nothing.
+Do I have to use TradiHub exclusively?
No. Keep your other jobs. We only charge commission on jobs that come through TradiHub. Use it alongside your existing word-of-mouth work.
+What is the Founding 25 deal?
The first 25 verified QLD tradies who sign up get the Pro plan ($69/mo, $828/year value) locked in free for life. Pro gives you 4 seats, 6% commission, and all AI tools. We close the founding intake when we hit 25.
+What happens after the Founding 25 fills up?
We re-open intake quarterly with slightly less generous terms. The 26th tradie onwards pays normal pricing. The founding deal is one-time only.
+How do I get verified?
Sign up via /founding-25, we manually check your ABN at the ABR, your licence at QBCC (for trades requiring it), and confirm your insurance. Usually takes 24 hours. You'll get an email when you're approved.
+What if I don't have an ABN yet?
You need one to be on the platform — it's how we keep the bar above Airtasker. Free to register at abr.gov.au, takes 5 minutes. Once you have it, hit reply on your signup email with the number.
+What AI tools do I get?
Solo plan and up: AI quote builder (describe a job, get an itemised quote), AI SWMS generator (compliant safe work method statements in 30 seconds), AI Build Plan generator (full Australian Standards-compliant plans for decks, pergolas, fences, retaining walls, more), AI cost estimator.
+Can I bring my crew?
Yes. Pro plan: 4 seats (you + 3). Business: 10 seats. Each seat gets their own login, GPS sign-on, timesheet. Crew can do daily logs and you see the lot from your admin view.
