TradiHub is operated by TradiHub Pty Ltd ABN 60 696 594 027 (ACN 697 694 027), a company incorporated in Australia. These Terms of Service govern your use of the TradiHub platform, including all dashboards, tools and services accessible at tradihub.com.au.
You must be 18 years or older and an Australian resident or registered business to use TradiHub. Tradies must hold all relevant licences required by law in their state or territory. TradiHub reserves the right to verify your identity, ABN, and licence details at any time.
TradiHub is a marketplace that connects homeowners and builders with trade contractors. TradiHub is not a party to any contract formed between users. All job agreements are made directly between the homeowner or builder and the tradie. TradiHub does not guarantee the quality, legality or timely completion of any work.
TradiHub charges a commission on completed jobs, deducted from the payment released to the tradie. Commission rates vary by subscription tier: Starter 15%, Pro 8%, Business 5%, Enterprise 3% for tradies; Starter 12%, Pro 7%, Business 4%, Enterprise 2% for builders. Homeowners pay no additional platform fee - the commission is deducted from the tradie side. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
When a homeowner accepts an offer, funds are held in escrow by TradiHub Pty Ltd via Stripe until the job is marked complete by both parties. Funds are released to the tradie only upon confirmed job completion. TradiHub is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
Users may not share personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles) in pre-acceptance communications. Contact details may be exchanged freely once a job offer is accepted and escrow is funded. Attempts to circumvent this policy may result in account suspension. This policy exists to ensure platform safety and maintain the integrity of the escrow and commission system.
You must not use TradiHub to: arrange off-platform payments to avoid commission, post false or misleading information, harass or discriminate against other users, submit fraudulent work completion claims, create multiple accounts to game the platform, or violate any applicable Australian law.
In the event of a dispute between a homeowner and tradie, TradiHub offers a dispute resolution service. Either party may raise a dispute within 14 days of job completion. TradiHub will review evidence submitted by both parties and make a determination regarding fund release. TradiHub's decision is final with respect to escrow funds held on the platform.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. TradiHub reserves the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, fraudulent or violate these terms. Tradies and homeowners must not offer or accept incentives in exchange for reviews.
TradiHub may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any funds held in escrow will be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, TradiHub's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by that user to TradiHub in the 12 months preceding the claim. TradiHub is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using TradiHub you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
TradiHub may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email to your registered address.
