Terms of Service

TradiHub is an online marketplace operated by TradiHub Pty Ltd that connects homeowners, builders, and project managers with licensed trade contractors across Australia. By registering or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts in Australia. Tradies must hold all licences, insurances, and registrations required by law for their trade and location. TradiHub may verify these at any time and suspend accounts that do not comply.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. Notify us immediately at support@tradihub.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

TradiHub is a platform only. We do not employ tradies, direct their work, or guarantee outcomes. All contracts for services are directly between the homeowner and the tradie. You must not contact the other party off-platform to avoid fees, post false reviews, or use the platform for anything unlawful.

Funds paid for a job are held in escrow by TradiHub via Stripe until you release them. Releasing funds confirms the work is complete. Auto-release occurs 2 business days after tradie submits completion if you do not respond. TradiHub charges homeowners a platform fee (2.5%, capped at $49.95) and tradies a commission based on their subscription tier. All amounts are GST-inclusive where applicable.

If you believe work is incomplete, raise a dispute before releasing funds. TradiHub will review evidence from both parties within 5 business days. Our decision is final for the escrow amount. TradiHub liability is limited to the escrow amount held.

Tradie subscriptions are monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues until period end. No refunds for partial months. Rates may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You must not submit fake credentials, use bots, harass users, post illegal content, attempt to bypass platform security, or solicit users off-platform using contact details obtained through TradiHub.

Content you post remains yours but you grant TradiHub a licence to display it on the platform. TradiHub and its logo are trademarks of TradiHub Pty Ltd.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, TradiHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to Queensland courts.
